Refund Policy for Lyra Blake:
Product Type: We currently offer only signed paperback editions of our books for sale on our website. As all books are signed editions, refunds or exchanges will only be provided in cases where the book is damaged upon arrival. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or other reasons.
Refund Time Frame: Customers are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
Condition for Refund Eligibility: Refunds or exchanges will be considered only for books that arrive damaged beyond use. To qualify for a refund or replacement, the book must be demonstrably damaged upon arrival. We do not offer refunds or replacements for books that are usable and undamaged.
Proof of Purchase: To initiate a refund request, customers must provide their order number and a photo clearly showing the damage to the book.
Refund Method: Refunds or exchanges will be processed either to the original method of payment or as store credit, at the customer’s discretion. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
Proof of Destruction: Once a return or exchange is approved, we require photo proof that the signature page of the damaged book has been destroyed. Upon receipt of that proof, your return or exchange will be processed.
